1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Some products, such as personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, and downloadable software, are exempt from being returned.

2. Timeframe for Returns

2.1. You must initiate a return within 7-Working Days days from the date of purchase.

2.2. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance.

3. Return Process

3.2. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package when returning the item.

3.3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and any other items that came with it.

3.4. Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

4. Refund Process

4.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

4.2. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 Working business days.

4.3. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
